What coaches and consultants ask first
What happens if a client passes on their access?
Because every client has their own account, you deactivate exactly that one without locking out everyone else — unlike a shared password. Playback can also be bound to an IP and videos can carry a watermark.
Can I separate group programmes from one-to-one content?
Yes. What is open to everyone lives as a series in the portal, members only if you want. What is meant for a single person you set to private and hand over through a share link with an expiry date.
How long do clients keep access after a programme?
As long as you want. An account stays active until you deactivate it; share links expire by date or after a set number of views. You decide both per client.
I only have three videos. Is this worth it yet?
The free plan exists for trying things out and needs no credit card. As the offer grows you change plans without moving content — hosting and portal are part of every plan.

What AboveStream is not the right tool for in coaching
Four areas that stay next to the video portal.
- Scheduling Calendars, booking flows and session reminders are not part of this. Your booking tool stays where it is.
- Live sessions Video calls keep happening in your conferencing tool. What lives here is whatever is recorded and should stay available afterwards.
- Worksheets and handouts PDFs, templates and questionnaires cannot be managed as content of their own. The portal shows video and audio; handouts keep travelling the way they do today.
- Exchange between participants There are no comments, no groups and no messages. If your programmes live off the group, you still need a separate tool for that.
